Shipping Domestic (United States)

• USPS Priority Mail (5 - 7 Days): $7.00 per item

• USPS Express Mail ( 1 - 2 Days): $40.00

Return Policy

Not the flowers or arrangement you were hoping for? We are very sorry first of all!

All our single flowers and pre-made arrangements purchased from our shop have a 5-day return policy. Send us an email at sandy@lunaspaperdesigns.com that you would like to return the item with your emailed receipt or printed receipt. We will send you a shipping return label for your package. We will send you a full refund within the next 2 to 3 business days once the package has been received at the post office for shipping.

For classes

Life gets in the way and we understand that!

• Classes can be fully refunded 24 hours before a class. Send us an email at sandy@lunaspaperdesigns.com and a refund will be issued to you within 2 to 3 business days.

• Refunds after 24 hours can be exchanged for another class of same value.
